Mr. Dai Yuxin graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree both in international law, he is currently a PhD student at East China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Dai was a faculty at Shanghai Maritime University Law School since 1999, engaging in maritime, civil and commercial law teaching and research work. While serving as a teacher, Mr. Dai started practicing law in 2002 and has provided legal services in insurance, finance, shipping, logistics and trading enterprises for a long time. He had successfully handled a large number of financial, insurance, shipping lawsuits for more than a decade, and specialized in controlling and analyzing complex and difficult cases which always wins praises and recommendations. While handling cases and engaging in university teaching and scientific research and with the permission of the CIRC, Mr. Dai has been nominated to be legal responsibility person of a foreign-funded insurance company, handling specific insurance practices such as compliance review of insurance products, declaration of compliance with the insurance service items, etc. Meanwhile, Mr. Dai serves as the perennial legal counsel of large number of shipping companies, freight forwarders and logistics companies. In the field of litigation services, Mr. Dai has extensive practical experience in case handling. He managed to recover RMB 60 million for the principal in an arrears dispute between a large state-owned logistics enterprise and a well-known enterprise in Guangdong. His careful and meticulous working attitude and the accurate control of cases wins clients’ full recognition.

Additionally, as one of Mr Dai’s distinctive features of corporate legal services, he also excels in integrating legal services with business management, providing daily risk management and control of the enterprise. He provides feasible advice from a legal point of view, conducting special training, preventing potential risks, optimizing the risk control process of the enterprise, which has achieved remarkable progress in the daily risk prevention and control of the enterprises he serves.
