• Transgenic soybean heat damage case on MV Alpha Future, a major international trade dispute case after China joins WTO in 2001;
• The dispute case of an Italian international procurement contract, the first arbitration case after the establishment of the South China International Arbitration Center in 2012;
• The parallel arbitration and litigation case of a company in Xiamen on the American sorghum sales contract, and the major trade dispute case under the Sino-US trade conflicts in 2018;
• The dispute case of letter of credit cease payment in Shaanxi, the first case of letter of credit cease payment in Xiamen Intermediate People’s Court;
• Dispute over the cargo release without the original bill of lading for an enterprise in Fujian, and ten vessels were successfully arrested worldwide within one month;
• The case of ship repair, arrest and bankruptcy dispute of Singapore Xihe Holdings Group Pte Ltd, the Chinese Court recognized the identity of the judicial manager of a Singapore shipping company for the first time;
• MV Hyundai Advance oil pollution and limitation of liability for maritime claims, the largest ship oil pollution case in China by far;
• MV MSC Ilona, Pingtan Island submarine cable damage case, successfully negotiated with military department and the release of the ship after arrest;
• The bankruptcy and reorganization cases of Anton Holdings and Ansheng Shipping, and successfully acted for client on preservation, litigation, bankruptcy and reorganization procedures;
• Sino-Mexico Energy Fund and Drilling Platform Project with Petróleos Mexicanos, major energy projects of China Merchants Group;
• China Energy Group’s project of JAWA-7 power plant in Indonesia, a major project of the “the Belt and Road” initiative by China Development Bank;
• Legal Service Project for PipeChina Group’s takeover of China’s major oil and gas pipeline assets, a major project of China’s oil and gas reform program under the 13th Five-year Plan, and the case was selected into the “Deals of the Year 2020” by China Business Law Journal 2020;
