Xiaojun (David) Wang is partner of AnJie Broad Law Firm, specializing in intellectual property, competition law, corporate & compliance and dispute resolution. Prior to joining AnJie Broad, Xiaojun is a senior partner with JT&N Law firm.

Xiaojun Wang has been practicing as a commercial lawyer since 2005. He has been a qualified patent attorney since 2013. Till 2024, he has 15years’ experience as partner and 13 years’ experience as managing partner.

Xiaojun Wang has the legal educational background of studying in several overseas jurisdictions, including United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Xiaojun obtained the fellowship of the Lord Chancellor’s Fellowship Scheme for Young Chinese Lawyers during the period June 2008-May 2009. He received training in Australia in 2017 and was trained in USA in 2018. In 2023, Xiaojun was trained in the University of Law in London. Xiaojun has the experiences of work placement in London’s solicitor firm and barristers’ chambers in 2009 and placement with Australia’s solicitor firm in 2017. Xiaojun visited EU headquarter and legal institutions of EU countries for several times.

Xiaojun Wang chaired international division of Nanjing Lawyers Association (NJLA) for two consecutive terms. He is recognized as a leading lawyer in international practice by both All Chinese Lawyers Association (ACLA) and Ministry of Justice of China (MOJ). He was recognized as “Top 10 lawyers of Jiangsu Province in international practice” by Jiangsu Provincial Justice Administration, Jiangsu Bar Association, CCPIT Jiangsu,and etc. Xiaojun is an expert of Fair competition review and Antitrust engaged by Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Market Regulation. In September 2022, Xiaojun was appointed as committee member of All China Lawyers Association Arbitration committee.

Prior to being a lawyer, Xiaojun Wang was a R&D engineer with SINOPEC.
