Ms. Co is actively involved the Firm’s banking and finance, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions practice. She has been instrumental in several important transactions of the Firm, providing invaluable support to the partners and the clients. Janice has lead several intensive due diligence exercises, sometimes simultaneously, in preparation for offerings and acquisitions, in all cases displaying an eye for detail and the ability to spot issues. In addition, she has participated in the documentation and negotiations processes, with the ability to establish rapport with colleagues, clients and regulators alike.

Ms. Co has been recognized by the Legal500 as a Rising Star in Capital Markets since 2020.
