Career

Ms. Alinea heads two of the Firm’s specialized practice groups, Intellectual property and Immigration.

Her areas of practice also include labor and litigation, specializing in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Alinea is a known expert and lecturer in the field of arbitration law. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). She is also an accredited arbitrator of the PDRCI, Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPO) and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).

Ms. Alinea has been recognized by the Legal500 as a Leading Individual in Dispute Resolution since 2020.

Before joining the Firm in 2009, Ms. Alinea was a partner at Quisumbing and Torres (Baker & McKenzie).
