Jade has been the Regulatory Licensing Manager at LeTran since June 2024, focusing on investment and corporate compliance within Vietnam’s legal framework. Over the years, she has worked with many foreign investors and multinational companies, assisting them to establish, structure, and expand their operations in Vietnam.

Her expertise spans critical areas for foreign investment, including management consultancy, distribution, employment, leasing, real estate, Q&C, and renewable energy. Recently, she has broadened her practice to include labor law, bankruptcy, and individual family matters, enhancing her ability to support clients in various legal issues.

In addition to her legal expertise, Jade has developed a deep understanding of how government bodies in Vietnam operate, allowing her to communicate effectively with the relevant authorities and expedite approvals and licenses. With her commitment to excellence and a clear grasp of the challenges and opportunities in Vietnam’s business landscape, Jade is dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term success while maintaining the highest corporate compliance standards.
