Career
Kyle is a Counsel with the firm. He has acted in various corporate and commercial disputes, with a focus on matters involving asset-tracing and recovery, fraud, and cryptocurrency-related disputes. Kyle has also acted for liquidators in various high-profile insolvency matters. His clients include local and multinational corporations, public-listed companies and high-net worth individuals.
Kyle graduated from National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons). During his time in NUS, Kyle participated in various moots and was selected to represent NUS in the 2021 King & Wood Mallesons Private Law Moot. Kyle began his training with one of Singapore’s most established law firms before joining Providence Law Asia in 2022.
