Counsel

Axl is a counsel of the firm. He has experience in a wide variety of cross-border, complex, and high-value commercial and corporate disputes.

Prior to joining Providence, Axl trained and practised at a leading Singapore law firm, where he advised and acted for clients including local, multinational and publicly-listed companies in a variety of disputes across a wide range of industries. These matters include contractual disputes, shareholders’ and joint venture disputes, minority oppression claims, private equity disputes, bankruptcy proceedings and enforcement actions. Axl graduated with an LL.B. (cum laude) from the Singapore Management University School of Law in 2020 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2021.
