Career
Nick is a Partner in Walker Morris’ Commercial Dispute Resolution Department, specialising in all aspects of commercial litigation and international arbitration. Nick also has extensive experience of resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication, expert determination and mediation. He is ranked as a Key Individual in his field by the independent guide Legal 500.
Nick advises on a wide variety of matters, including high value and complex contractual disputes, supply chain/distribution disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, warranty claims, professional negligence claims, and employment/restrictive covenant claims (including urgent injunctive relief). Nick acts for clients across a broad range of sectors, and has developed specific experience in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Nick is a member of Walker Morris’ International Trade team, and advises on high value international trade disputes via litigation and international arbitration. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a member of the International Bar Association.
Nick previously worked in-house for two years and completed a six month client secondment, in the Energy sector.
