Sarah is a partner in the Competition team at Walker Morris. She joined from an international law firm based in London.

She has particular expertise in merger control, foreign direct investment control, competition law investigations, and the competition law aspects of distribution and other commercial arrangements. Her practice includes both domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters, with a focus on the financial services, retail, consumer goods and real estate sectors. She also has extensive in-house experience, having spent time on secondment to De Beers, Unilever, Tesco and Royal Mail.
