Ben has over 20 years’ experience as a projects lawyer and specialises in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He advises contractors, developers, investors, funders, technology providers and local authorities on renewables and low carbon projects including hydro, solar, battery storage and private wire PPA projects.

Ben is recognised for his expertise in the waste sector where he has acted on many of the UK’s PFI, PPP and merchant energy from waste projects and several of the largest biogas and biomethane (‘gas to grid’) projects in the UK.
