On the contentious side, Tom has extensive experience of all forms of dispute resolution proceedings including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and Court. His client base includes listed companies, local authorities, developers, contractors, banks and specialist sub-contractors.

In offering advice from cradle to grave, he has developed a detailed understanding of the risks that are thrown up during construction and engineering projects and how to go about managing the same.
