Career

Daniel trained and qualified with the firm and advises in both the contentious and non contentious fields of construction and engineering.  He has extensive experience in development matters and has acted for leading developers, contractors, sub-contractors and lenders.

In respect of contentious work he has acted for Unite Integrated Solutions plc in the successful defence of a claim brought by a major sub-contractor in the TCC in London. He has acted in a large number of adjudications, most recently winning a substantial delay claim for a sub-contractor on a major development in the north of England.  He is presently acting for a premier league football club on a significant claim for defective works carried out to their stadium.
