Adam is a Partner in the Real Estate Group, advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including high value acquisitions and disposals, large portfolio deals, commercial lettings and real estate finance transactions.

Recent experience includes:

providing real estate advice to Bupa on the sale of part of its UK care home business to HC–One, the largest ever care home deal in the UK advising Cellnex Telecom on real estate aspects of its £2bn acquisition of Arqiva’s telecoms towers business providing real estate advice to Hospital Topco on the £1.8bn disposal of BMI Healthcare and the GHG Group, the largest real estate deal in the UK in 2019 advising a global third-party logistics operator on a £75m+ sale and leaseback of a 1.65m sq ft logistics campus.

Adam is consistently recommended in The Legal 500, acknowledging his experience in handling “high-profile corporate disposals” and noting that he is “well-regarded for his work for ultra-high-net-worth individuals on London acquisitions”. In the 2020 edition Adam is listed as a “Rising star”.
