Divya Bhalla is a member of the Firm's Dispute Resolution & Litigation Group. She has over 9 years of experience. Her areas of expertise are civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has extensive experience, representing large Indian businesses and multi-national clients before various fora, including the Supreme Court of India; the High Court of Delhi; District Courts; Tribunals, including the Company Law Board, Debt Recovery Tribunal and the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission; various Regulatory Authorities and Arbitration Tribunals. Over the years Divya has been actively involved in strategy development in disputes and has also advised multinational clients on various issues including issues in relation to the Arbitration & Conciliation Act and Negotiable Instruments Act.
