I specialise in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures and MBOs. I have gained extensive experience over the years in advising clients operating in a number of diverse industries and areas of activity including technology, logistics, fashion, property, financial,  marketing, media and various service sectors.

I have successfully guided many clients through boardroom and partnership issues and some complex commercial disputes. I advise a number of high net worth individuals and trusts having assets and business interests across the world.
