2 January 2024 | New Delhi: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised JM Financial Limited (“Book Running Lead Manager”) on the qualified institutional placement by Arman Financial Services Limited (“Issuer”) of approximately US$ 27.61 million. The issuer filed the placement document with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on 22 December 2023.
