Joined the office as lawyer in 2003 and became Partner in 2006.

Has experience in gaming, corporate and M&A, capital markets, and banking and finance. Qualified to practice as lawyer in Macau, Portugal, Brazil (São Paulo), China (as cross-border Macau Lawyer), and in East Timor.

He is lecturer of Gaming Law at the Law Degree Undergraduate programme of the Lisbon School of Law – Portuguese Catholic University.

Regular contributor to legal and non-legal publications and speaker at conferences relating to the gaming industry.
