Phuong is Of Counsel at Asia Counsel. She specializes in M&A, project development and project finance. With over 15 years of experience, Phuong has worked in both domestic and international law companies.

Phuong has extensive experience in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors in the areas of M&A, project development, and project finance. She has provided advice on large-scale projects and high-value transactions to international financial institutions, developers, and investors, both local and foreign.

Phuong has been awarded the prestigious titles of Legal 500 Southeast Asia Awards 2023 Rising Star in Project and Energy, and IFLR 2023 Rising Star in M&A and Project Development.

English and Vietnamese

Master of Laws (LLM) in International Trade Law from the University of the West of England (UK), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance Management from Solvay Business School (Brussel), Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University (UK), and a Bachelor of Art degree in International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam in Hanoi.
