Managing Partner

Minh Duong is the Managing Partner of Asia Counsel Vietnam, a position he has held since the firm's founding in 2015. With over 15 years of experience advising clients on Vietnamese law, Minh has helped shape Vietnam's evolving corporate and investment landscape.   

Minh is admitted as a lawyer in both the New South Wales Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia. However, much of his career has been spent in Vietnam, where he has worked on some of the country's most notable banking, finance and M&A transactions. His extensive client list includes major corporations and investment funds such as Dragon Capital, VietJet, Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation,  Insurance Australia Group, Pharmacity, Mekong Capital, Vina Capital, and Sequoia Capital.

Minh has developed a well-deserved reputation for combining incisive legal expertise with a commercial and pragmatic approach. Under his leadership, Asia Counsel Vietnam has grown into one of the country's leading corporate law practices.
