Mrs. Kavitha Kannan, a lawyer from India, has recently joined ATS Law Firm. She comes with a background of 14 years experience in the field of law. After completing her degree in law she gathered experience with different corporate law firms in both Mumbai and Chennai and also was a partner of law firm in Mumbai. She simultaneously built an individual practice with her own clientele, with emphasis on corporate litigation, due diligence and conveyancing. She has been a retainer of one of the leading share registry and advised many companies on ad hoc basis. She has in the course of her stint appeared extensively before various courts and tribunals of India. Handling matrimonial matters and real estate are also her other areas of strength.
