Angel was promoted to partner at Gulapa Law in January 2019.  He is closely working with Aris Gulapa on the Ninoy Aquino International Airport PPP Project, National Government Administrative Center PPP Project, Philippine National Oil Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal Hub PPP Project, the Fort Bonifacio-Makati Skytrain PPP Project, and the Pasay-SM Reclamation Project.
