Prior to joining the firm, Butch was President and Chief Legal Officer of the infrastructure arm of a leading conglomerate in the Philippines and was previously a Senior Partner at a leading law firm in the Philippines. He is currently a part-time lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law. His practice is mainly in corporate-commercial transactions and special projects, specifically mergers & acquisitions, energy, gaming, infrastructure, and project development/finance.
