Managing Associate

Vicki is a Managing Associate and manages the Newcastle Debt Recovery team.  She has over 16 years' debt recovery experience.   Vicki joined Ward Hadaway in 2017 and has previously managed a team which specialised in complex and contested cases arising out of unsecured and mortgage litigation.  She typically handled cases involving consumer credit, financial mis-selling, misrepresentation and undue influence claims. 

Vicki has undertaken a diverse and varied caseload and has particular experience of dealing with both complex and defended cases. Vicki’s debt recovery experience includes mortgage and rent recoveries, including residential possession proceedings on behalf of lending institutions, banks and private landlords.

Vicki is able to provide a full litigation service including the issue of county court claims, statutory demands, bankruptcy, winding up petitions and the handling of disputed and complex cases.
