Jonathan is a specialist in investment work and his area of expertise involves advising investment funds and private investors on the acquisition and disposal of industrial, office, retails and mixed use schemes.

He also specialises in landlord and tenant work. Jonathan frequently advises both landlords and tenants on this type of work. This means that he is able to see both sides’ perspectives during negotiations and uses this to achieve a sensible solution on each transaction.

This work also involves general portfolio management for landlords and tenants, such as dealing with assignments, underlettings, surrenders and alterations.

He advises on the infrastructure and utility aspects of large scale development projects from the perspective of the landowner whose land the infrastructure and utilities need to be accessed over.
