Adrian advises a range of local, national and international clients in many sectors on a broad spectrum of corporate work, including:

acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations/demergers; forms of private equity and debt financing, in respect of transactions; equity capital markets; governance and contractual matters; and company formation and administration.

In addition to mainstream corporate work, Adrian has in recent years developed a specialism advising on family investment companies / wealth planning, working in conjunction with colleagues in the private client team.
