Career

Carole is an Associate in the Personal Injury team and advises clients on all aspects of personal injury litigation.

Carole predominantly represents claimants on a conditional fee basis, commonly known as a ‘No Win – No Fee’ funding for legal costs.

Carole has over 12 years’ experience and specialises in all types of claim both Fast Track and Multi Track, both simple and complex injuries.

She deals with road traffic accidents involving insurers and the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB).

Carole advises on Employer’s Liability claims including falls from height, manual handling operations, unsafe and unsuitable work equipment and PPE claims, unsafe system of work.

She has experience in dealing with Occupier Liability Act claims, such as slipping on items in supermarkets and liquid on floors in hotels and nightclubs and also Public Liability claims against local authorities and utility companies for tripping on the public highway.

She also has experience in dealing with product liability claims against suppliers of defective products, including defective shoes, defective chairs and glass products.

More recently Carole has experience in dealing with Package Tour Holiday Claims, Holiday Sickness Claims and claims against airlines under the Montreal Convention.

Claims Carole deals with include vehicle damage, past and future loss of earnings and the usual expenses incurred following the injury.

She also deals with arranging medical treatment and treatment costs along with care and assistance claims for past and future care and immediate needs assessments for more serious injuries.
