Vincent is a Singapore and Malaysian qualified lawyer with over 10 years of experience in private practice, and has worked in both local and international firms. He specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and private equity and venture capital investments, with a focus on South East Asia. His portfolio of corporate advisory work also encompasses advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, employment and banking and finance matters. Vincent has represented a wide range of clients including banks, MNCs, funds, family offices and HNWIs across various industry sectors.
