Jun Jie Chia

Jun Jie is an Associate at Prolegis. Jun Jie graduated magna cum laude from Singapore Management University with a Juris Doctor degree, and is Singapore qualified. Prior to this, Jun Jie graduated with First Class Honours in Sociology, and was top student from Nanyang Technological University. He has completed student exchange programmes with The University of Hong Kong and also, Halmstad University in Sweden. Jun Jie is business-bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Pei Tong Ng

Pei Tong is an Associate at Prolegis. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, his main areas of practice include capital markets, public take-overs and private mergers as well as acquisitions and joint ventures, in both local and cross-border contexts. In addition to transactional corporate and commercial work, he has also advised clients on regulatory matters such as securities and financial advisory regulations as well as compliance with SGX continuing listing obligations. Pei Tong graduated from the University of Melbourne and is Singapore qualified. Prior to joining Prolegis, he practised in two of the "big four" law firms in Singapore. He also read Mathematics at the National University of Singapore under a Public Service Commission scholarship.

Ralph Lim

Ralph is a Director at Prolegis. He has over 20 years' experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including public and private mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, equity fund raisings, and private equity and venture capital fund investments. Ralph's clients include corporates ranging from start-ups to listed companies and MNCs as well as private investors, private equity funds and venture capital funds. Ralph has been consistently recognised as a market leading lawyer in the corporate and M&A practice. Prior to joining Prolegis, Ralph headed the corporate practice in the Singapore office of an international law practice and has also previously co-headed the Mergers and Acquisition Practice at one of Singapore's leading law firms. He is ranked as a Band 3 Leading Individual (Corporate/M&A: Domestic – Singapore) by both Chambers Asia-Pacific and Chambers Global, is recognised as a highly regarded individual by IFLR1000 and as a Distinguished Practitioner (Corporate and M&A) by AsiaLaw. Sandra Tsao

Sandra is a Director at Prolegis. She has significant experience over more than two decades in a broad spectrum of commercial, corporate finance and regulatory work including equity capital markets transactions, private equity investments, private and public company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory work. She is both Singapore and English qualified. She began her legal career as a Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Attorney-General's Chambers. Prior to joining Prolegis, she was a corporate finance partner in two leading Singapore law firms, and also practised in the London offices of two of the world's largest law firms. She read law under a Singapore Public Service Commission Merit Scholarship and has an LLM in International Commercial Law from Nottingham University and the National University of Singapore. She is a Sloan Fellow and was awarded the Sloan Fellowship Women's Scholarship to pursue the Sloan Fellowship Masters in Leadership and Strategy at London Business School. Sandra has been noted as one of Singapore's leading Corporate/M&A Lawyers in Chambers Global. She has co-authored numerous articles on Singapore law and regulatory matters, including co-authoring The Law Review's The Initial Public Offerings Law Review (Singapore Chapter) 2018 (2nd Ed). She regularly conducts seminars and trainings for clients on regulatory matters including on corporate governance, AML/anti-bribery, competition and data protection.

Su Rong Ng

Su Rong is an Associate at Prolegis. She is business-bilingual in both English and Chinese, and her principal areas of practice include capital markets, initial public offerings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, both locally and regionally. Valerie Cheah

Valerie is a Director at Prolegis. She has significant experience providing legal advisory services in relation to trusts, asset protection, succession planning, estate management as well as structured trade finance. Valerie is English, Singapore and Malaysia qualified and has practised with some of the most established law firms in Singapore and Malaysia. She also played an instrumental role in setting up the Malaysian office of a prominent Singapore law firm. Valerie transitioned into the financial industry in 1998 and was a legal director with a boutique private equity firm in Singapore prior to joining Prolegis.

Wah Nam Tan

Wah Nam is Of Counsel at Prolegis. His experience spans the public and private sectors. This includes, in the public sector, advising and representing the Singapore government in legal and regulatory matters, contracts and legal proceedings; and in the private sector, representing clients in shareholder agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions, investments, and general corporate and commercial advisory and contracts work. He was a corporate and commercial partner at a leading law firm in Singapore and has held senior legal appointments at leading Singapore-listed multinationals with global operations. Wah Nam was also a state counsel in the Singapore Legal Service. He read law at Cambridge University under a Singapore Overseas Merit scholarship, and was called to the English Bar. He was commissioned as an infantry officer in the Singapore Armed Forces and has held command and staff appointments.
