Legal Advisor

Rosie is an Australian qualified lawyer with varied experience in both commercial and general practice.

Rosie has experience in drafting finance and security documents, advising on employment, taxation and insurance matters and assisting with project financing. She is skilled in conducting legal research and drafting and reviewing commercial documents. Rosie has assisted with providing legal advice to offshore lenders in various hydropower projects and supported a number of foreign investors with their interests in the Lao PDR.

Prior to joining MPA Lawyers, Rosie gained experience in New Zealand in dispute resolution, particularly in the infrastructure and resource management sector, and in insurance litigation.  

Rosie holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws (Hons) from Deakin University and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian College of Law and is admitted to practice in Australia and New Zealand.
