Nguyen Viet Ha is a Founding Partner, Co-Head of Corporate and M&A and Head of Telecoms, Media and Technology (TMT) of Lexcomm, based in Hanoi.

With over 28 years of experience, Ha is a telecommunications expert who has advised many global telecommunications companies in the IT, media, and telecom sectors. He is particularly skilled in handling complex cross-border corporate and M&A matters, energy, and infrastructure.

Ha is known for his strong negotiating skills and frequently appears before regulatory agencies and large-scale Vietnamese governmental groups, such as the Ministry of Information and Communication, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Transport.  He also has exception advocate capabilities, presenting international investors in the mega disputes in the energy and technology industries.
