Pam joined Birketts in 1999. She is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Associate in our Commercial Property Team, working for a range of public and private sector organisations on all aspects of their commercial property transactions.

Pam advises on matters including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and property management including: licences to sub-let, change of use, assignment and alterations. Her specialisms include retail and industrial developments, acting for clients on the purchase and disposal of shopping precincts and arcades in addition to the property management of such developments.

Pam has extensive experience of working with both corporate and private individuals on freehold and leasehold offices, industrial units and warehouses.

Pam qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1999 having initially trained at a firm in Hertfordshire. Upon moving to Suffolk, Pam secured a position in the legal department in local government before moving to Birketts to specialise in Commercial Property.
