Lucy is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team.

Lucy is an experienced employment lawyer providing strategic advice and support to employers on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues including on acquisitions, restructuring, outsourcing, varying terms of employment in both unionised and non-unionised environments.

Lucy has extensive employment tribunal litigation experience representing employers and employees, ranging from straightforward unfair dismissals to complex discrimination and protected disclosure claims.  Lucy has experience of managing and advising on complex Subject Access Requests made in the context of litigation, and advising clients in readiness for GDPR.

In her spare time, Lucy enjoys spending time with her family which involves considerable time watching cricket, undertaking DIY projects and trying to cultivate gardening skills.
