Career

Michael started his career in London and moved to a large firm in Tunbridge Wells before becoming a partner in a specialist agricultural firm in 1994. Michael joined Warners in 2012.

Michael specialises in employment law and litigation/dispute resolution. His clients are principally landed estates, farms, shoots, equestrian and other animal-related organisations and hunts. His land based litigation and dispute resolution work includes boundary, sporting rights, access, trespass, adverse possession and other land disputes. His other litigation work includes disputes over the purchase, sale and loan of horses, firearms/shotguns and agricultural equipment. His employment work is also principally for rural businesses and organisations. Michael also handles commercial litigation, including high value claims in The High Court in London.
