Arshoo is a Solicitor and Partner in the Private Client team and joined the firm in September 2023, having trained and worked in leading Private Client city firms in London. She is based in London and Tonbridge.

She has over 20 years’ experience in advising both UK resident and international clients, with a diverse practice covering the full spectrum of private client issues, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Stamp Duty Land Tax.

She has a particular focus on handling complex, contentious and cross-border estates and cross-jurisdictional issues arising in international mental capacity cases.

She regularly advises business owners, families, executors, deputies, attorneys, trustees and beneficiaries on a wide range of private client matters and has also been appointed by the court in family law proceedings as a joint tax expert; an independent administrator in contentious estates; and an interim deputy in contentious court of protection matters.

Arshoo is a contributory editor for the LexisPSL Editorial Board and has written articles for legal journals and national newspapers. She has also spoken on a range of issues, including domicile, digital assets and international mental capacity issues.

In addition to her technical expertise, clients and professional colleagues comment on her ability to communicate well at all levels and her collaborative approach with her clients’ wider network of advisers and with specialists across the firm in areas such as property, family and corporate law.
