Prior to joining Gravitas Legal in 2021, Rajeev was managing R.A. Law Co (a firm that he had founded) for a span of 20 years. While being the Managing Partner of R.A. Law Co., a multi-dimensional firm that was the ‘go to’ Firm for clients both in and on the outskirts of Delhi, especially in the real estate and criminal litigation space, Rajeev has advised clients from all sectors and expertise and has successfully pursued/defended proceedings on their behalf as well as structured high-value contracts for prestigious real estate projects.

He has distinguished experience of being on the panel of several Banks, Insurance Companies, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee (APMC) and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He is empaneled as an arbitrator with the Indian Council of Arbitration and holds the position of Additional Standing Counsel of the Government of NCT of Delhi. As a panel advocate, Rajeev has handled matters relating to land disputes, revenue disputes, injunctions and claims including arbitration claims.

Rajeev has had the good fortune of seeing and advising on the entire life cycle of civil and criminal litigation as well as arbitration, right from strategy to enforcement of decrees and awards. He has also been actively advising several IT Companies having pan-India and international presence, as well as business organization running schools all over India. He has also tendered legal advice to well established export companies, manufacturers and traders of food grains, plastic products, seeds etc. and business houses in retail trading of goods.

Having handled several criminal matters before the Trial Court as well as the High Court, Rajeev has acquired the finesse required to deal with the intricate issues involved in defending complex criminal matters. His immense in-depth knowledge of procedures and precedents makes him an invaluable asset for a litigation practice. He is also a trained mediator having experience in dealing with over 500 mediation matters.
