Aadittya J. Kansakar is a Associate Partner within the firm. He works in the area of aviation, banking and finance, corporate and commercial, trade and customs, TMT, M&A, foreign investment, insurance and reinsurance, labor and employment, immigration, taxation, projects and infrastructure development, intellectual property, etc.

Aadittya has worked in various high-profile transactions in the area of cross-border M&A, foreign investment, telecommunication and energy sectors which include largest cross-border transactions in the country. In projects and infrastructure development sectors, Aadittya works with various foreign contractors in high value transactions in relation to hydroelectricity, airport and other infrastructure development projects. In aviation sector, Aadittya acted for various international airlines in transactional, commercial and regulatory matters.  Similarly, Aadittya acted for numerous insurers and re-insurers in the management of accident liability claims for several fatal aviation accidents in Nepal.  In TMT sector, Aadittya assisted various multinational telecommunications, technology, social media and broadcasting companies in highly sensitive matters. Aadittya works with international companies on regulatory issues concerning upcoming technologies such as e-commerce platforms, video streaming services, cloud storage and computing, assisted driving, block-chain computing, etc.
