Marcus has represented many shipping companies, oil companies (including oil majors), aviation companies, banks, FPSO owners, contractors, subcontractors and yards, in a variety of disputes, with certain claims exceeding US$1billion.
Marcus is dual-qualified, in England & Wales and Hong Kong.
