We are delighted to announce the publication of our third Vietnam Investment Guide, renamed this year as the Doing Business in Vietnam Guide
- Shortened the guide from 99 to 71 pages;
- Removed sections on business cooperation contracts, public-private partnerships, and transfer pricing and added merger control and foreign loan registration; and,
- Updated content for changes in law or practice, if any.
The DBV draws upon our experience and expertise to present an overview of Vietnam’s legal environment for foreign investors.
