Position

Daniel is experienced in all types of property transactions. He specializes in commercial property, acting for landlords and tenants, lenders, insolvency practitioners, and developers. He is equally enthusiastic whether the matter is a multi-million-pound transaction or a more modest affair.

Daniel can also advise on company and commercial law and has dealt with a wide variety of such matters, for example, company/business sales and purchases, restructuring and refinancing, shareholder/joint venture agreements and many more.

Daniel always seeks to understand the business objectives of his clients and works closely with them to achieve this.

Career

Daniel obtained a degree in History from Manchester University and went onto the College of Law in London, in 1986.

He was trained at Moon Beever and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988. Daniel became a Partner of the firm in 1994.

He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in European Law in 1993 and obtained the Land Registry’s Diploma in Land Registration Law and Practice in 2007. He is a founder member of the Law Society Property Section.
