Laura has been advising Royal Mail Group since 2013 and handles a diverse caseload of complex discrimination claims and sensitive unfair dismissal claims.  She has experience in discrimination, whistleblowing and performance-related issues together with employment tribunal practice and procedure. She also has a particular expertise in holiday pay.  Laura is an experienced advocate in the tribunal and has recovered large costs awards through her tribunal representation in recent years.
