Anne-Marie is a Principal Associate in the Corporate department, based in the Manchester office. Anne-Marie joined Weightmans in 2018 and has over 8 years of experience advising on corporate law matters. Anne-Marie specialises in a range of corporate work; including share sales, mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, de-mergers, joint ventures, equity investment, shareholders' agreements, PSC requirements, asset sales, partnership agreements and general company law advice.

Anne-Marie has acted for a variety of clients including owner managed businesses, national and international corporate clients, GP and dental practices, pharmacies and institutional investors.
