Adam is an experienced solicitor who specialises in defendant credit hire. He joined Weightmans in 2016, following a seven year stint at another leading law firm. Adam’s noteworthy cases are Lubhaya v Stanley a case involving estoppel and acceptance of zero offers, and Ali v Bayliss surrounding the correct assessment of damages where the claimant is a taxi company or an individual who operates a fleet of vehicles.
