Weightmans LLP

   James qualified in 2004 and has been at Weightmans since 2005. He handles non-clinical negligence related claims against NHS Trusts/NHS Resolution, including EL/PL, slips, trips, falls, manual handling and assaults. With the NHS having one of the largest workforces in the world, the claims can vary. James also acts for Markel with their social care claims which link well with the NHS related claims.
