Ian has also spent a number of years pursuing claims on behalf of claimants and has gained the ability to view a personal injury claim from all perspectives. Ian is currently involved in costs recoveries work for major insurers, organisations, councils and police forces, often seeking and obtaining findings of fundamental dishonesty against claimants.
