Mark is an Associate based in our Leicester office and qualified as a Solicitor in 2003.  Since joining Weightmans in 2013, he specialised in all types of fast-track and multi-track industrial disease litigation, with a particular interest in work related upper limb disorders and hand arm vibration syndrome.  More recently, Mark has transferred to our Casualty Police claims team who represent police forces in England and Wales and specialises in defending actions against the police.
