Carole is the Head of Service Delivery for the Specialty Insurance department at Weightmans with over 60 fee earners based across 5 offices. Having qualified as a litigator in 1996 she has handled a wide range of commercial disputes in that time with particular focus on professional negligence claims, high value property damage claims, recoveries work, policy coverage issues and complex contractual disputes. She is well regarded for her commercial approach.

Carole joined Weightmans in February 2007 and is the Regional Office Head for Weightmans Manchester office.
