Position

Mark is a partner in the employment, pensions and immigration team in London who now focuses on leading and developing Weightmans' national client training service and overseeing its risk management services.

Mark has a broad range of experience in both non-contentious and contentious employment work. He provides policy and operational advice to public and private sector clients on a range of issues, including all aspects of equality law, handling disciplinary and grievance cases, short and long-term sick absence management, dealing with poor performance and capability issues, and diverse contractual issues.

Mark is an experienced provider of staff training from Board level to the front line. He also lectures regularly to a variety of organisations, including the Royal Society of Public Health's Occupational Medicine course. In addition, Mark is an Honorary Fellow and member of the ethics committee of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He was previously a trustee of the 'Changing Faces' national disability charity.
