Clive Bleasdale has been a Partner since 1993 specialising in commercial property law with an emphasis on regeneration and development projects where he has significant experience and expertise. His particular focus is large town centre redevelopment and infrastructure schemes as well as large property portfolio management.

He acts for a number of public sector organisations on large projects of very high value and complexity working closely alongside our built environment team members.

He also acts for high net worth proprietors of businesses in the property developer and investor segments and sectors of the firm.
