 Helen has particular expertise in dealing with landlord and tenant matters, acting as part of the client team to manage property portfolios for high profile national retailers and some of the UK’s biggest landowners.
 Helen is skilled in acting for local and national investment and developer clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and in supporting her clients’ funding requirements on these transactions. She also works with the Corporate team to provide advice on the commercial property elements of asset and share sales.
